Please follow the steps below to book your time slot for a warranty service at our service centre:

1. Select a Model – Please select the camera model that requires warranty check from the drop-down menu.

   選擇型號 – 請從下拉選單中選擇需要保固檢查的相機型號。

2. Choose a Date & Time – Select your preferred available time slot.

   選擇日期與時間 – 請選擇您偏好的可預約時段。

3. Enter Your Contact Information – Provide your name and email address so we can confirm your booking.

   輸入聯絡資訊 – 請提供您的姓名與電子郵件，以便我們確認預約。

4. Submit Your Booking – Click “Book Now” to submit the booking.

   提交預約 – 點選「立即預約」提交預約。

• Each appointment is for one camera only.

  每個預約僅限檢查一台相機。

• Your booking is not final until we confirm it via email. Our team will review your booking within 3 business days.

  預約需經我們確認後才成立，請等待確認通知。我們將在3 個工作天內審核您的預約。

• Please bring your camera, purchase receipt, and any warranty documents to your appointment.

  請於當天攜帶相機、購買收據與相關保固文件。

• The camera check and any necessary repairs typically require about 15 business days.

  相機檢測與維修通常需時約15 個工作天。

• After the check and repair, customers must pick up the device in person or arrange for delivery via SF Express with payment on receipt.

  檢查與維修完成後，客戶需親自到店領取設備，或選擇順豐到付寄送。

• If you need to reschedule, please check your confirmation email to cancel the original booking, then rebook a new time slot on our website.

  若需更改預約時間，請查看確認郵件中的取消連結，取消原有預約後重新在網站上選擇新時段預約。
